Dear Parents,
I am Miss Dong. This is my 8th year teaching and my 3rd year teaching Chinese in the United States. There are still so many exciting things coming up this year. Let’s think about that, new teachers and new students meet, wonderful books to read, fun activities to do, new knowledge to master, and great improvement to achieve. How amazing! I am looking forward to having these moments with all of you.
 
Thank you for allowing me this wonderful opportunity to be your child's teacher. I will give my very all to teach, encourage, inspire and motivate your child.

I hope this website can help kids to review at home and reinforce their learning. The third graders will begin to learn PinYin this year, they will know how to pronounce the way like Chinese people do. Apart from learning Mandarin Matrix, I put the theme or topic in a daily schedule. I hope the songs we learn in class will help kids memorize them well. I hope you can get use of the website. I will keep it up to date with what we have learned.
